At Quest for Brilliance, we believe that community service is a vital part of personal growth and civic responsibility.

Students engaging in community service, not only supports their communities, but allows for the improvement of communication and advocacy skills, understanding and empathy of others and the commitment of helping those within the community.
To be eligible for the perks and offers; one being our Quest for Brilliance scholarship, students are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of verified community service. This requirement emphasizes our dedication to nurturing compassionate leaders who understand the impact of service.
Along with the required minimum number of hours, students must also meet the requirements of:● One submission of an original art piece. This requirement is open to all art forms.● Students must be able to maintain a grade of 85 and above in all classes enrolled during each marking period of the 6 week grading system. Any students enrolled in AP, Dual credit and Honors courses, must maintain an 80 and above for their enrolled courses.● Students must submit a 2 page essay (typed and double spaced), answering the questions, “ -Why are you the best candidate for the Quest for Brilliance Scholarship?● -Who are you as an individual and what should people know about you?● -What are your future plans?
● Students must not have any more than 12 unexcused absences throughout the scholarship application period.
